Types of Wedding Stationery

Here are some of the materials people have at their weddings, all have invites, table plans and an order of service and the rest make the day run that little bit more smoothly.

Ceremony and Reception Invitations
A simple card or complex paper engineering – the choice is yours. Sent to each guest or family at least six weeks before the wedding. The wording can be formal or informal, Olive has basic wording for each but this can, like all other aspects of the design, be personalized.

RSVP cards (produced on demand)
A stylish, unique postcard style or a simple card with return envelope, these are all important.These cards make it easy for guests to reply promptly to your wedding invitation.

Wedding gift list detail card (produced on demand)
Insert card containing information of wedding lists codes and whereabouts

Save the date cards (produced on demand)
To be sent out before the invitations to ensure that all guests keep their diaries clear for thespecial day.

Order of Service
A booklet in keeping with your ceremony to allow guests to follow that all important moment, including hymns, music or readings.

Table Plan
A large board to indicate where your guests are seated for the meal. Table plans are generally produced to A2 size and incorporate printed 'tables' with double mounted cards on a sturdy but lightweight foamalux

Place name cards
These cards provide a welcoming touch and make attractive mementos of your wedding day as well as indicate the precise seating arrangement of each table.

Menu cards
To keep mouths watering and inform guests of what they’re being served in a design and format which coordinates with the other material.

Thank you cards
Even once the day is over it’s important to keep the identity of your wedding going. These cards identify the closure of the wedding celebrations in the same style as the invitations opened them.
