Olive Weddings offers several options to keep things interesting and allow you the space to personalise the table plan your way!
Large board to show guests rough table position and which table they are sitting at. This can be placed outside your seating area or looks fab on an eisel. Our classic option:
• A2 or A1
• an ivory or white lightweight backing board (not printable)
• guests names are printed onto ivory/white cards and mounted onto coloured cards then mounted onto the backing board
• rectangular ‘tables’ only
• Flat printed A2 or A1 board
• allows printing to the edge of the board
• allows for round tables
This option allows you to mount the cards onto your own surface, a mirror, a blackboard or something more unusual. These are great for destination weddings since they can be mounted up at your venue:
• guests names are printed onto ivory/white cards and mounted onto coloured cards then mounted onto the backing board
• rectangular ‘tables’ only
Dining cards (also known as Escort cards) are a unique and flexible alternative to a table plan, perfect for those traveling abroad or just looking for something different!
The basic principal of a dining card is a small card with your guests name telling them which table they are sitting on. These can be arranged on a table for your guests to find and use.
Why not make a real feature of your dining cards; peg them up on a quirky washing line; hang them from a tree using ribbon; pop the cards alphabetically into a small vintage filing cabinet or combine them with your favours, perhaps a badge for each guest? The cards themselves make a lovely keepsake.
Dining cards can simply be a card or (for a more flexible option) in cases where it might need to be rejigged we have another solution! The guest name is printed on a small envelope and a card with the table name is printed to go inside.
Apart from being unique and very sweet, dining cards are flexible in two ways:
1) The cards can be swapped around whenever you like up to the wedding so the seating can be re-planned according to last minute changes.
2) You don’t end up with guests who aren’t coming on the table plan which can’t be changed. You simply remove that guests envelope!
